RR. Spink & Sons – Fishmonger to the Queen – is a 300 year-old consumer brand, specialising in premium smoked salmon and trout.
LUX worked with the brand to co-ordinate a photography shoot of seasonal, party-themed recipes. The images would accompany recipes hosted on the brand’s website, as well as feature on social media channels.
Working with RR. Spink & Sons’ in-house chef, LUX styled and shot a series of dishes in the LUX Studio Kitchen. One of the key challenges was evoking a sense of ‘occasion and sophistication’ in a home context, without anchoring the entire look and feel to any particular time of year such as Christmas or New Year.
