Having been nurtured at start-up stage by Business Gateway themselves, LUX brought authentic insight to the brief: increase start-up rates, drive brand awareness, boost digital traffic and improve local engagement across Scotland. LUX developed the creative platform ‘here to help’ – an overarching proposition with strategic pillars, key messages, tone of voice and design principles that positioned Business Gateway as the go-to support service for Scottish SMEs.

LUX delivered creative strategy and campaign development to multi-channel execution across nationwide ATL campaigns, social media, content creation and case study video production. Since its launch, ‘here to help’ creative have helped drive brand awareness consumer and stakeholder engagement across a multitude of touchpoints Scotland-wide.
